The Annual Captain v President Day was held on Saturday 20th November, with a good field of 219 participating  This traditional event on our calendar has always generated a great deal of rivalry between the two teams but is played in good spirit with the winning team members presented with a small token of their success.

This year the President’s team were successful for the first time since 2007.  The total scores were President 3709 and Captain 3562.  President Ian Spielvogel was delighted to win for only the second time in 9 years and at the after match dinner he thanked all of his team for a great effort, especially those who had supported him during previous lean years.
