116 players competed in the Holden Scramble Saturday 24th July here at Wyong Golf Club.

Congratulations Steve Allison, Richie Connell, Corey & Peter Dowling winners with 54 7/8 scratch.  S Dashwood, A McKelvey, G Johnston & P Coles Runners Up with 57 1/4 and A Barlow, J Lambert, Stephen Rex & T Tynan third with 58 1/2.

The winners & runners up now qualify to compete in the regional Finals held in October 2010.

Since the event commenced in 1992, the Holden Scramble has become Australias largest and most successful pro-amateur teams event.

GM Holden Ltd has been the major sponsor since its inception in one of the longest running golf sponsorships in Australia.

Now entering its 19th season, and with over 700,000 players participating in nearly 8,000 events, the Holden Scramble has cemented its position in the history books. The Holden Scramble also runs in conjunction with the Womens Holden Scramble, which has seen over 10,000 ladies tee it up since its introduction and will be entering into its sixth successful season this year.

Over 400 local events are held each year at golf clubs all over Australia, with winners progressing to Regional Finals held at some of Australias premier golf courses.

Each team at the Regional Final teams up with their PGA Club Professional with the winners progressing to the Holden Scramble Championship Final at Twin Waters Golf Club on the Sunshine Coast.

The Championship Final is the golfing experience of a lifetime, with four days of golf, social activities and the opportunity to play with a PGA Tour Professional, such as James Nitties or Cameron Percy, in the final round.
