You are invited to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting of Wyong Golf Club Ltd to be held in the Clubhouse on Monday 22nd June 2009 at 7.30 p.m.

AGENDA

The business of the Extraordinary General Meeting shall be as follows:

1.    To  consider, in accordance with the Constitution and the Registered Clubs Act, 1976, as amended, special resolutions of which the required notice before the day of the meeting has been given,

2.    To discuss the master plan for golf course improvements provided by Wayne Grady Golf Design Pty Ltd and to consider, in accordance with the Constitution and the Registered Clubs Act, 1976, as amended, a motion of which the required notice before the day of the meeting has been given,

3.    To transact, in accordance with the Constitution and the Registered Clubs Act, 1976, as amended, ordinary business that may be brought forward.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS
1.
That the Club’s Constitution be amend by deleting present Clause 15 which reads:

“Subject to Article 8 (a), Financial Full Playing Members, Associate Playing, Weekday Playing Members and Life Members shall be the only members of the club entitled to attend and vote at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings of members.  Each such member shall have one vote”

And replace it with the following:

“Subject to Article 8 (a), financial Full Playing Members, 6 Day Playing Members, Weekday Playing Members, Intermediate Playing Members, Intermediate 6 Day Playing Members and Life Members shall be the only members of the club entitled to attend and vote at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings of the members.  Each such member shall have one vote.”

2.
That the Club’s Constitution be amended by deleting “ Junior Associate Playing Member” from Clause 13 (a) (ix),  Clause 17 (i) and Clause 17 (j).

3.
That the Club’s Constitution be amended by deleting “Associate Playing Member” in Clause 13 (a) (ii),  Clause 13 (b),  Clause 15,  Clause 17 (b) and Clause 17 (j) (i):
And replacing it with “6 Day Playing Member.

That the Club’s Constitution be amended by deleting “Intermediate Associate Playing Member” in Clause 13 (a) (vi),  Clause 17 (f) and Clause 17 (j) (i):
And replacing it with “Intermediate 6 Day Playing Member”.

That the Club’s Constitution be amended by deleting “Country Associate Playing Member” in Clause 13 (a) (vii),  Clause 17 (g) and 17 (j) (i):
And replacing it with “Country 6 Day Playing Member”.

NOTICE OF MOTION

That Wyong Golf Club Ltd. accept the Wayne Grady Golf Design master plan for golf course improvements and the Board of Directors of the club be empowered to implement the plan.
